Print Provider Schedule in "Today's Team"

Print Individual Provider Schedules

Print schedules directly from Today’s Team for one or multiple providers. This allows owners and managers to generate clean, provider-specific schedules that include key details such as client name, client formula, last appointment, and next appointment.

Each provider’s schedule prints on its own page, ensuring they only see their assigned appointments.

Future Date Selection

You can also select a future date when printing schedules, making it easy to prepare in advance and keep your team organized for upcoming days.

 

To access the Provider Schedule for printing, click the 9-dot menu

Click "Today's Team"

Today’s date will display automatically. To select a future date, click the next arrow beside the date.

To print all schedules, select the “Print” checkbox at the top.

To print an individual schedule, click on the provider’s name.

After making your selection, click “Print Schedules.”

A separate page will be printed for each provider.
