Sales
The Sales Report depicts the sales for specific location during a designated time period for Services, Retail, and Extras. Users can view this report by House totals, or by a specific provider.
Services
The Services Report depicts the total services completed by location during a designated time period. This report can be filtered by All Employees or by a specific employee, All Services or a specific service, and All Departments or a specific department. Users can review what services were performed, how many client's received each service, the total revenue, as well as other fees and taxes associated with the service.
Retail
The Retail Report depicts the total Retail sold by location during a designated time period. This report can be filtered by Supplier, Brand, All Employees or a specific employee, Department, Category, and Sub-Category. Users can review what products were sold, Unit Costs, Quantities, as well as a number of other details.
Payroll
The Payroll Report depicts the total amount paid to each employee, and can be filtered by Location and Full Team or by a specific employee. Users can review each employee's Salary or Hourly rate, the total Hours Worked, Overtime Hours, Commission, and more payroll related details.
Punch Clock Hours
The Punch Clock Hours Report depicts all Scheduled, Worked, Vacation, and Sick time taken by all salon employees. This report can be filtered by Location, Date Range, Roles, and Departments.
Team Schedules
The Team Schedules Report depicts the Scheduled, Worked, Vacation, and Sick time taken by employees, as well as their schedule for a specified date range. It shows scheduled off days and their scheduled hours. This report can be filtered by Location, Date Range, Roles, and Departments.
Employee Sales
The Employee Sales Report depicts all Services, Tips, and Retail by employee or House. This report can be filtered by Location, Date Range, Employees, Departments, and All Cancellations or only Cancellations in which a cancellation fee was applied. Included in this report is the Ticket #, Date, Employee, Service or Product, Gross Price, and more.
Cancellations
The Cancellations Report depicts any appointment cancellations by Location during a designated Date Range. Users can view if a Cancellation Fee was issued, Client Name, Appointment Date/Time, Cancelled By, Cancel Date/Time, and the Reason for cancellation.
Open Tickets
The Open Tickets Report depicts all open tickets by Location and Date Range. Users can view the associated Ticket, Date, Client, Provider, Appointment Start Time, the total Unpaid amount on the ticket, the Appointment Status, and more. Note that open tickets can be merged if the appointments take place on the same date, and any merging tickets is final and cannot be undone.
Petty Cash
The Petty Cash Report can be filtered by Location and Date Range and depicts any changes to the Petty Cash. The report shows the Date, Taken By, Reason, and Amount (+ or -).
Refunds
The Refunds Report depicts any refunds executed by Location and Date Range. The report depicts the Ticket #, Type of Refund, Client, Date, Employee, Reason, if any commission was returned (RC), if a product was restocked (RS), and more.
Voided
The Voided Report depicts any voided tickets by Location and Date Range. The report includes the Ticket #, Date, Client, Total, Reason, and more.
New Clients
The New Clients Report depicts a list of all new clients to your salon by Location, Date Range, a Specific Provider or all Employees. The report includes the Client Name, Date Booked, Appointment Date, Provider, Referral information, and more.
Deposits
The Deposits Report is utilized to view all deposits during a specified Date Range. This report can also be filtered by Open Tickets, Refunded Tickets, or All. The Ticket Number, Deposit Date, Appointment Date, Services, Client, Deposit Total and more can be viewed within this report.
Future Booked
The Future Booked Report can be filtered by Location or Date Range and depicts the total number of future appointments booked by House or specific employee. This report also shows the Requests % and Prebooked %, as well as Service Totals by Category.
Retention
The Retention Report depicts a variety of different Retention Metrics and can be filtered by Location and Date Range. This report can also be filtered by New Clients or Existing Clients and All Employees or a specific employee.
Retail to Service Analysis
The Retail to Service Report can be filtered by Location or Date Range and depicts a variety of metrics that result in Retail to Service % and Retail to Total Sales %.
Visit Types
The Visit Types Report can be filtered by Date Range, Visit Type, and Employee and this report is used to review and analyze Service and Retail Totals, # of Tickets, and Ticket % for each Visit Type.
Employee Action
The Employee Action Report is used to review every action taken by salon employees within Aura. This report can be filtered by Location, Date Range, Employees, and Actions. A description of each actions is included within this report as well.
Product Returns
The Product Returns Report depicts a list of all products that have been returned to the salon and can be filtered by Location, Date Range, Supplier, Brand, Type, and Restock. The report shows the Ticket # for the return, Customer, Product, Quantity, Amount, Type, and if the product was Restocked.
Discounts
The Discounts Report can be filtered by Location, Date Range, Type, Provider, Service or Retail, Promotions, and Employee. This report depicts all discounts applied on tickets and included the Promotion, Line Item, Discount amount, and more.
Tips
The Tips Report shows the total amount of tips that have been added to tickets by Location and Date Range. The report includes Ticket Numbers, # of Tickets, Integrated and Manual Tips, and more.
