Go to Settings on the left navigation menu
Expand Payments Section
Select Cancellation Fees
Cancellation Cut Off (Hours): Client is subject to the cancellation fee if they cancel within the number of hours designated prior to their appointment
Cancellation Fee (%): Set cancellation fee, which is a percentage of the cancelled service total.
Example: Service is $100, cancellation cut off is 48 hours and cancellation fee is 50%. If a client cancels their appointment within 48 hours of the appointment start time, they are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Select checkbox for "Pay Service Commission on Cancellation Fee" to pay service providers commission on the collected cancellation fee. The commission earned will be calculated using the service commission scale set in the employee's file.
