Select Client App
Locate the "Allow Guests to Cancel from Client App" setting
- Always = Clients are always allowed to cancel from the client application (Before and After Cancellation Cut Off)
- Never = Clients must call or text the salon to cancel their appointment. The option to cancel never displays in the client application.
- Before Cut Off = Clients can only cancel an appointment from the client application if they are cancelling before your cancellation cut off.
Note: Clients that cancel online after your cancellation cut off are not automatically charged the cancellation fee. However, a in app warning displays prior to cancellation and the guest receives a cancellation confirmation email after cancelling with the cancellation fee details.
