1. Go to Marketing
2. Select Referrals
3. Enter the referral reward ($) in the "Referral Value" field. Changes will automatically save.
Notes
- This reward will be issued to the new guest during their first visit and will be issued to the referring guest after the new guest has paid for their first appointment.
- Referral discounts are deducted from the ticket total. They have no impact on service or retail totals/commission.
- Referral rewards are set per location but referral rewards can be accessed and redeemed across locations.
- By default, both reception and management level employees can assign and redeem referral credits, whereas providers and associates cannot. These permissions can be edited for reception, provider and associates from Settings > Access or the employee's Access setting in their employee file.
