A one-time use card is a credit card entered manually at the time of payment that is not saved to the client’s profile. It is intended for a single transaction only.
Example Scenarios:
A client calls in to pay a deposit over the phone. (COMING SOON)
A salon guest prefers not to keep their card on file after a one-time charge.
The merchant is refunding an overcharge, but the original card on file was removed and the client is not present. (COMING SOON)
1. Once ticket is complete, click "Ready To Pay"
2. Click "Manual CC"
3. Click "Enter Card Data"
4. Fill in all fields:
- Name on card
- Card Number
- Exp. Date
- CVV
- Full Address
5. Click "Process"
Reports → Sales → Select Date
