Owners can give Front Desk Access to SENT messages by turning on the Access to SENT feature under Access in the Salon Settings tab.
1. If your Salon has multiple locations, select the location on the top of the screen.
NOTE: If your salon only has one location, skip this step and proceed to Step #2.
2. Go to "Settings" on the left side menu.
3. Select "Access".
3. Under Desk Access, check the box adjacent to "Access to SENT".
- If this access is enabled, anyone with a Front Desk Role has access to create, edit, and send out a SENT campaign.
- If this access is disabled, then only the Owner and Manager has access to create, edit and send out SENT campaigns.
NOTE: This Access will default to disabled.
4. Select "Save".
