Owners can give Front Desk Access to SENT messages by turning on the Access to SENT feature under Access in the Salon Settings tab.
1. Select Salon Settings
2. Select Access
3. Scroll to the Front Desk Access section and select Access to SENT
If this access is enabled, anyone with a Front Desk Role has access to create, edit, and send out a SENT campaign.
If this access is disabled, then only the Owner and Manager has access to create, edit and send out SENT campaigns.
**Note** This Access will default to disabled.
4. Select Save
