Where do you go to clock in and out daily?
- On Mobile: Tap the menu icon (3 dots or lines) on the top right corner and then select “Clock”. From there, you will be able to punch in and out for the day.

How do you edit a service on a ticket?
- Tap the “Edit” icon next to the service on the ticket you would like to modify. From here, you can change the service booked. The new service selection will be reflected on the appointment calendar and ticket.
How do you add an additional service to a ticket that you don't want to show on the calendar (i.e. add-ons that don't take up any additional time)?
- Tap the “Service” (scissor) icon and select the service you would like to add to the ticket by clicking the + sign located to the right of the service name. Next, you will be prompted to select a provider and start time. If you do not want the service to show on the appointment calendar, then leave the start time blank. If you want the service to show on the calendar, then please select a start time for that service.
How do you add a retail product to a ticket?
- Tap the “Retail” (Price Tag) icon, search for the service by UPC, SKU or product name. Tap the + sign to add the product to the ticket. If the product is listed in red, please double check to ensure that product is still in stock.
How do you release a ticket to be checked out?
- Tap “Ready to Pay” on the top right corner of the ticket to release the ticket for checkout. Please close out the ticket and return to your calendar after tapping Ready to Pay so the front desk or client can take over.
Where can you go to find your service & retail totals as well as other key benchmarks
- On Mobile: Tap the menu icon (3 dots or lines) on the top right corner and then select “Dashboard” (Speedometer) icon. From there, you will be able to see your sales and metrics. These numbers will update in real time as your guests check out. You can also click “Details” on the dashboard or “Report” from the mobile menu to see a breakdown of all services, retail products and tips earned during any custom date range.
- On Computer: You can access the dashboard from the speedometer icon on the top right of the screen.
Where do you find client notes, formulas, and appointment & purchase history?
- Click on the client’s appointment on the calendar and details regarding today’s visit will display. From there, you can access and edit “Notes” and “Formulas” from their respective tabs. You may also view upcoming and historic purchase details from the “Booked” and “Purchases” tab.
