Charge Late Cancellation Fee

(Optional) Verify cancellation fee parameters are set up under Settings > Payments > Cancellation Fees

Select the appointment you would like to cancel and select the "Cancel" icon

If the cancellation falls after your cancellation cut off, the cancellation fee and last four of the client's card number will display at the bottom. The fee will be enabled by default.

Select reason, enter notes and click "Cancel". The card on file will be charged automatically upon cancelling the appointment.
