Waive Late Cancellation Fee

Select the appointment you would like to cancel and select the "Cancel" icon

If the cancellation falls after your cancellation cut off, the cancellation fee and last four of the client's card number will display at the bottom. The fee will be enabled by default.

Click the toggle to waive the cancellation fee.

Select reason, enter notes and click "Cancel" to cancel the appointment without charging the late cancellation fee.
