1. Select the appointment to be canceled
2. Select Cancel
3. A reason for the cancellation is required and will show in the Cancellation Report
4. Select the reason for cancellation from the drop-down, and add any additional notes regarding the cancellation.
5. Check the "Send Email" box to send cancellation details to the client. If a client email is not on file, type it directly into the email field.
5. Select Cancel Appointment
