Memberships
Memberships allow you to easily assign discounts to multiple services and products at once. All memberships will auto-renew by default using the guest's credit card on file, which allow you to charge clients automatically based on the charge frequency you set. Follow our membership builder under Marketing to designate billing, discount amount/schedule, as well as provider designation.
Please note that membership redemptions are not universal for multi-location businesses yet. This will be included in an upcoming release.
Memberships can be purchased and redeemed on any ticket. All membership discounts automatically apply but can be removed manually.
Track and manage Membership Payments, Redemptions and Discounts using the Client File, Member Billing Report, Discount Report and Sales Report.
Form Settings
Designate whether a form should be sent out with the first booking or all booked appointments. You can also assign a form to a specific service category and/or individual service.
Promo Cards
Set expiration dates, view lifetime usage and edit promo card balances directly from the promo card list under marketing.
Please note that promo cards cannot be redeemed once they are expired, and the expiration date will only apply to promo cards issued after the expiration date is set.
Refund Updates
You no longer need to select partial or full refund. Instead, simply select the line items on the ticket you would like to refund. In addition, you can now refund to the original pay type or refund to a promo card.
