Multi-Location Commission Detail Reporting Enhancement
Improved Multi-Location Commission Visibility
We’ve updated the service commission detail report to provide clearer visibility into commissions earned across multiple locations.
Previously, combining service commission totals across locations could make it difficult for managers and employees to understand how totals were calculated or reconcile individual earnings. The updated report now displays service commission details separately by location, allowing users to easily identify where commissions were earned.

- Service commission earnings are now displayed by individual location.
- Each location includes its own service commission details for easier reconciliation.
- Summary totals are provided at the bottom of the report for quick reference.

We’ve updated the Online Booking login experience to provide clearer instructions for clients accessing the portal for the first time or returning to manage their account.

- Added a welcome banner to the Online Booking login page with updated guidance for new and returning clients.
- Added clearer visibility for the Set Password option to help existing clients activate their online access.
- Added improved guidance around account creation to help differentiate between returning clients and new clients.

We’ve enhanced the provider dashboard reporting experience by adding a dedicated Tips section to the bottom of the provider’s report view. This makes it easier for providers to review tip activity alongside their service and transaction details.

- Added a new Tips section at the bottom of the provider dashboard report.
- The Tips section includes:
- Date
- Client Name
- Tippy (Yes/No)
- Total

Improved Multi-Location Reporting Visibility
We’ve enhanced report downloads to make multi-location reporting easier to manage and analyze.
Previously, when viewing reports across All Locations, downloaded report data did not include a way to identify which location each record belonged to. This made it difficult for salons with multiple locations to sort, filter, and analyze location-specific performance.
With this update:
- A new Location Name column has been added to all report downloads
- Each row of exported report data will now clearly identify the associated salon location
- Multi-location teams can more easily filter, group, and compare results by location
This improvement provides greater clarity and efficiency when reviewing consolidated reporting data across multiple salon locations.
