We’ve expanded how salons can send forms to clients, making it easier to ensure delivery—even when clients have opted out of text messages. This update introduces email as an additional delivery channel, along with new configuration options for greater flexibility and control.
What’s New
Email Delivery for Forms
Salons can now send forms via email in addition to text message. This ensures clients who have opted out of SMS can still receive and complete important forms.
Delivery Method Selection
On the Forms page, two new columns—Email and Text—have been added after the Automate column.
- Select one or both delivery methods per form
- Customize delivery based on client preferences and business needs
Email Field Added to Client Settings
An email field has been added under Settings > Clients to support sending forms via email when issuing individual form requests.

We’ve introduced a new way for salons to print daily schedules—now tailored to individual providers. This improvement eliminates the need to print the full salon calendar and makes it easier for each team member to view only their own appointments.

A new print option is now available directly from Today’s Team, allowing owners and managers to generate schedules for specific providers.

Future Date Selection
Planning ahead just got easier. You can now select a future date when printing schedules.

How to Use
- Go to the 9-Dot Menu
- Go to Today’s Team
- Select the provider(s) whose schedule you want to print
- Choose the desired date (today or a future date)
- Click Print to generate provider-specific schedules

Review Prompt Settings Enhancement

We’ve added more flexibility to how salons manage client review requests. This update allows you to better guide clients to leave reviews directly on your preferred platforms, helping maximize your online presence.

A new Settings icon has been added next to the Thank You / Review Text within the Auto Text Notification list under Sent/Notifications.

Salons can now configure whether clients are prompted to leave a review within Aura or directed straight to external platforms like Google or Facebook.

How to Use
- Navigate to Marketing> Text Notifications> Auto Notifications
- Locate the Thank You / Review Text notification
- Click the new Settings icon
- Configure your preferred review destination (Aura or external platforms)
- Save your changes—your updated settings will apply to future messages
- When Enable Reviews on Aura is checked, a text message is sent for Aura reviews only.
When unchecked, the text message will include only social media links.
This update gives you more control over your review strategy, helping you capture more impactful client feedback where it counts most.
Custom Branding for Self Check-In
We’ve added more ways to make your Self Check-In experience feel like your brand.
Salon owners can now customize the look and feel of the Self Check-In screen directly from the Business Profile. Using a simple color palette—similar to the Client App customization—you can now choose:
- Background colors
- Text colors
- Button colors
This update helps you create a more cohesive and branded experience for walk-in clients, ensuring your in-salon digital touch points match your overall style.
