Mobile Employee Schedule
Owners can designate whether or not providers should be able to edit their own schedule by navigating to Settings > Business > Access > Provider Access > Edit Own Schedule. This setting is disabled by default.
Once enabled, providers will be able to set/edit their schedule directly from their phone.
Client App Updates
Allow your guests to apply a promotion when purchasing retails from the client portal
View loyalty point balance from the client portal
Booking Confirmation Email
The location of the appointment is designated in the email the guest receives immediately after
booking their appointment.
Punch Clock Notes
Reception employee may now leave notes for management when clocking in and out. All entered notes will display on the Punch Clock Hours page in the employee file.
Add to Waitlist
Clients may be added to the Waitlist by selecting the + button on the waitlist.
Electronic Forms Update
The form builder has been updated so that owners and managers can add custom questions to be answered by their guests prior to their appointment. All forms require an electronic signature prior to submission.
