Gift Card Promotion
Owners and managers can automatically issue a promo card with a qualifying gift purchases. To set up your gift card promotion, go to Marketing > Gift Cards. Then, open the gift card settings (gear icon) and enable "Automatically issue Promo Card", set the minimum qualifying gift card purchase and the promo card amount. Once setup, Aura will automatically issue a promo card when a qualifying gift card is purchased.
Note: If purchased online, the promo card will be issued to the purchaser. If purchased in store, then you can assign the promo card to the purchaser or another guest.
Service Deposit Updates
Owner and Managers can set a default deposit amount that is automatically applied to all services. Deposits can be set to a dollar amount or percentage of the service total. Override the default deposit amount within the specific service settings.
To enable a default service deposit, go to Services > Service Settings (Gear icon) > Deposit.
Automated Prebook Calculation
Remove all manual work with the new automated prebook setting. If enabled, an appointment will automatically be designated as a prebook if the guest has a next appointment booked at the time of checkout.

Designate which series can be purchased from the client app.
Abandoned Booking Text
Guests receive a text message with a reminder to complete their booking if they begin booking an appointment online but do not submit the booking within one hour. The abandoned booking text can be enabled by an owner or manager from Marketing > Text Notifications > Auto Notifications.
