System updates include, but are not limited to...
SENT Filters
Filter your SENT campaigns based on the client's last visit and exclude upcoming appointments.
Introduce clients to new products and services by excluding those who have already purchased the product or service in the past.
Client Notes
Choose to display client notes as a popup when booking and opening the ticket. If enabled, client notes will also include the employee, date and time entered. Notes may be re-ordered using drag and drop from the popup window. Enable "Popup Notes" under Settings > Profile.
Mobile Waitlist
View the waitlist from a mobile device.
Providers may only view their own waitlist. Please note that the provider's action buttons (book, call and text) will adhere to the provider's access settings.
Product Activity Tracker
View activity associated with a product from the details popup.
Tap the box icon to view all sales, returns, purchase order, return order, count and adjustment activity.
Tap the clock icon to view manual edits to the product (Cost, Sell Price, Brand, Supplier etc).
Label Printing
Print product labels from a restocked purchase order. The labels include the product name, size, UPC and price. (Label size = 0.5" x 2")
Inventory Counts: Line
Product line has been added to the inventory count form as a filter and a column.
Provider Security Settings
Owners may set specific security access per provider.
Examples include: access to book appointments, create/edit/delete blocks, check out guests and much more!
To update a provider's access settings, go to the "Access" tab within the provider's employee file.
Social Buddy: Reviews Update
Direct guests straight to google or facebook after a positive rating rather than requiring them to leave an internal review first.
To update this setting, go to Marketing > Reviews. Then, select the "Share" icon on the top right. If the guest leaves a 1-3 star rating, they will still be asked to leave comments for the team to handle internally.
Sales Report Updates
Promo Cards sales are categorized by how they were issued (on a new ticket vs refund).
Petty Cash has been added to the sales breakdown.
