Sales Comparison Report
The Comparison report provides an overview of sales performance, comparing the current year to the previous year. Owners and Managers can gain valuable insight regarding sales performance year over year, identify growth opportunities, and make informed decisions to drive future success.
Go to Reports > Comparison to track sales progress for your entire business, location, department or employee.
Cancellation Updates
Introducing enhanced cancellation fee settings, a streamlined collection workflow, and an upgraded cancellation report.
Cancellation Settings
Owners and Managers can choose to pay service commission on collected cancellation fees. Go to Settings > Payments > Cancellation Fees to enable "Pay Service Commission on Cancellation Fees".
Customize when guests can cancel an appointment from the client app from Settings > Clients > Client App.
Options Include: Always, Never, Before (Cancellation) Cutoff.
Charge a Cancellation Fee
Charge the guest a cancellation fee while cancelling their appointment if the guest cancels after your cancellation cut off.
Guests that cancel online after the cut off are not automatically charged the fee. However, the team can charge the guest from the new cancellation report.
Cancellation Report
The Cancellation Report has been updated to indicate which guests has been charged a cancellation fee. In addition, team members can refund a collected cancellation fee and/or charge a cancellation fee for a guest that cancelled online.
Note: Collected and refunded cancellation fees are also tracked under "Cancellation Fees" in the Sales Breakdown section of the Sales Report.
Employee ID
Assign an Employee ID number on the employee's profile. The ID number will display next to the employee's name when you export the payroll report and punch clock hours report.
Reception Access: Booked & Paid Totals
Owner can choose to show or hide the location's booked and paid totals above the calendar from Reception level employees. To update the setting, go to Settings > Business > Access and locate the "View Daily Booked And Paid Totals" setting under "Desk Access".
Thank You Text
Customize your Thank You/Review text settings. If Social Buddy is disabled, owners and managers can still enter a Google review link and guests will be sent an updated Thank You/Review text that bypasses the Social Buddy flow and provides the guest with your direct Google review link.
To update your Thank You/Review text settings, go to Marketing > Text Notifications > Auto Notifications. Then select the gear icon to access additional SMS settings.
Tip Presets
Owners and Managers can customize the tip presets that display on the ticket and when guests check out from the client app. To update the tip presets, go to Settings > Client > Client App and update the "Tip (%)" values.
