Ticket Fee Update
Create ticket fees for specific pay types and calculate ticket fees based on service, retail or ticket total.
To setup or update your existing ticket fees, go to Settings > Payments > Ticket Fees.
Today's Appointments: Check In List
Owners, Managers and Reception can view and check in today's upcoming appointments from a list view.
Select the purple circle on desktop to access the check in list.
Select "Check In" from the mobile menu to access the check in list.
Booking Report
Track the number of appointments booked in salon and online per day, as well as, the number of appointments on the calendar each day.
Online Booking Sources
Track the source of your online bookings by configuring the referral sources in the booking report. Clients will be prompted to indicate how they learned about your business when scheduling an appointment online.
Retail to Service Report Update
Each employee's ticket total has been added to the Retail to Service Report.
Transaction List Update
The client's phone number and email address are included in the transaction list export.
