Note: Only owners and managers have access to mass product deactivations.
While logged into Aura, go to the menu on the left, select Inventory and then Products.
Filter your product list down to the products you want to deactivate using the filters at the top (supplier, brand, line, type, category, subcategory).
Once you've finalized your list, select the Deactivate All button at the top of the screen. A confirmation pop-up will display. Select OK to deactivate all the products in your filtered list.
If you deactivated a list of product and need to reactivate them, then follow the same steps above but click the Activate All button to reactivate all the previously deactivated products.
