We are excited to announce the following AURA Salonware system updates!
Purchase Orders, Back Orders and Restocking
Salons can submit purchase orders from the Purchase Order tab under Inventory! AURA’s purchase order process also includes restocking inventory and creating back orders. Please visit AURA’s Help Center (under “Inventory”) for more information on how to submit and restock a purchase order. AURA’s Help center can be accessed HERE or by selecting the Support icon from the top right toolbar in AURA.
SalonLock: Front Desk Staff Access to Void
Salon Owners can manage their Front Desk’s ability to void tickets. This can be set up from the Access tab under Salon Settings.
SalonLock: Provider Access to Terminal
Salon Owners can manage their Providers’ ability to check out clients with the terminal (“Pay Card” payment method). This can be set up from the Access tab under Salon Settings.
Void Reason
Salon Staff must enter a reason when voiding a transaction. The entered reason displays on the Void Report.
Pre-Booked Appointment Indicator
An icon displays on the appointment calendar for pre-booked appointments.
Gift Cards and Salon Information Shortcut
There is now a shortcut on the Client Application login screen that provides clients with access to the salon contact page and the online gift cards purchase page.
