A new feature for Salon Owners who want to protect their client and provider information. SalonLock prevents Provider access to client profiles and contact info, while still empowering Providers to book appointments remotely and access key client information during appointments. In addition, it prohibits providers from seeing anyone else’s appointment book. SalonLock is activated in Salon Settings > Access panel (only with Owner level access).
“Voided Tickets” are now included in the Transaction Report for reconciliation purposes.
The transaction report can now be exported as a CSV file.
Salons now have the ability to Pre-Book appointments during checkout, before or after payment. Pre-booked appointments are tracked and displayed (as a percentage) in the Salon Snapshot.
Salon-Side Referral Tracking
In addition to the automated Guest App referral program, Salon-side Client Referrals can now be tracked from the Appointment Booking Form or directly in a Client Profile.
Promotion Success is now tracked and displayed in the Promotions Report (Marketing > Promotions)
Gift Card Usage
Gift Card Lifetime Usage tracking is now viewable. Clicking on the icon from the Gift Card Report (Marketing > Gift Cards) displays Dates of Use, Amount Used, and the Remaining Balance after each transaction.
Reception Access Expansion
Reception level employees now have the ability to view Open Tickets, Checkout a client using the “Other” payment method, and View/Search Gift Card and Promotion activity.
Promo Code Payment in Client App
Clients now have the ability to redeem a Promotional Code when checking out through the Client Application.
‘Card on File’ Indicator
A Card on File indicator has been added to the Client list for easy identification of clients that have stored payment methods in the system
Appointment Edit Trail
Appointments Details now tracks and displays a full edit trail, including the editor’s name, appointment modifications, and the date/time that the edit was made.
Employee Commission Report
The Payroll Report now includes a service and retail commission breakdown for each provider.
Appointment Confirmation Text Messages
Client confirmation text messages have been streamlined so that clients only receive one text message regardless of the number of services.
