Inventory “Products” Report
Under the “Inventory” tab, products can be sorted by the column titles.
Filters remain set when toggling between your Low Inventory and All Inventory.
A “Line” column has been added for brands that have multiple product lines.
Snapshot Update
Sales by Brand are tracked in the Snapshot Report.
Mobile: Add Payment Method
Salon employees can add a credit card to a client’s file by selecting the “Credit Card” icon from the “Client” list on their mobile device.
System Timeout
Owners have the option to set a system timeout so that employees are automatically logged out of their account after 6 minutes of inactivity. To turn this on, navigate to Salon Settings > Access.
Service Price in Appointment History
The price charged for each completed service displays on a client’s appointment history.
Line Item Refund and Commission Reversal
You now have the ability to refund a specific service or retail item, and decide if you want to reverse the provider’s commission on a case by case basis. Commission reversals will be reflected in the payroll report and retail items will be automatically re-stocked.
Refund Report
A “Reason” drop-down menu has been added to the Refund process. The selected reason and any entered notes while processing the refund displays on the Refund Report.
Adding Service to Existing Appointment
When you add an additional service to an existing appointment, the “start time” will default to the current hour.
Warning Before Deleting Service
A warning message displays before deleting a service from an appointment.
Disable Price Edits after Checkout
Tickets totals can no longer be edited after the ticket has been paid.
