Snapshot has been renamed to Dashboard.
Prebook Percentage on Dashboard
Prebook percentage has been updated to show the pre-booked appointments that are booked during the selected date range.
New and Total Client Counts on Dashboard
Client Counts (New and Total) display on the Dashboard. Client counts are based on the clients that visited the salon and paid during the selected date range. Walk-in clients are included in the totals.
Sales Report: Petty Cash
Select “Petty Cash” on the Sales Report to see details regarding each petty cash withdrawal within the selected date range. Details include the date, employee, amount and reason.
Virtual Gift Card Purchase Notifications
Salons have the option to receive an email notification each time a virtual gift card is purchased through the client application or [saloncode].aurasalonware.com/gift-cards. To enable this notification, go to the Misc. tab under Salon Settings and enter an email address in the “Online Gift Card Alerts” field.
Edit Service Category Names
Select the pencil icon next to the Service Category on the Services tab to edit the category name. The updated name is reflected in the client application for online booking.
Petty Cash Report Total
The Petty Cash Report now includes the total dollar amount of all the petty cash withdrawals within the selected date range.
SalonLock: Provider Blocking
Salon Owners have the option to enable or disable their Providers’ ability to block time on the appointment calendar. This can be set up from the Access tab under Salon Settings.
SalonLock: Provider Commission on Provider Report
Salon Owners can hide or show providers their earned commission breakdown on the Provider Report. This can be set up form the Access tab under Salon Settings. Providers can find the Provider Report by selecting the “Details” button on Dashboard (on computer) or from the “Reports” option (on mobile).
SalonLock: Front Desk Staff Access to Void
Salon Owners have the option to enable or disable the Front Desk’s ability to void tickets. This can be set up from the Access tab under Salon Settings.
