Petty Cash Withdrawal Reason
Salon Staff are required to enter a reason when entering a petty cash withdrawal on the Register Report.
Resend Email Receipt to Client
Salons can resend a receipt to the client via email using the “Send Receipt” option from the Receipt screen.
Shortcut to Provider Service List
Click the three vertical dots next to a provider’s name on the calendar to display the provider’s service list in a new browser tab.
Client Confirmation Text Timing
Salon owners can change the timing for client appointment confirmation text messages. All salons are defaulted to send the confirmation text 48 hours before the appointment. To change the timing, please use your Salon Owner Credentials and go to Salon Settings > Access.
Editing Appointment Outside Salon Hours Alert
An alert displays when attempting to move an appointment that is outside business hours.
Gender Field on Client Profile
The client profile includes a field to indicate the gender of the client.
Employee Pay Structure
The “Pay Structure” page within the Employee file has been updated to include fields for “Date of Last Price Increase” and “Date of Last Raise”.
Snapshot: Pre-Book Percentage
The Pre-Book Percentage on Snapshot has been updated to include all pre-booked appointments (scheduled and completed) for the selected date range.
