Report Updates
Track all Petty Cash withdrawals in the “Petty Cash” report located under the “Reports” tab.
Track all ticket voids in the “Void” report located under the “Reports” tab.
The “Refund” Report has been updated to show which employee issued the refund.
Universal Gift Card and Promo Card Redemption
For Multi-Location Salons, gift cards and promo cards can be redeemed at all Salon locations regardless of where it was purchased.
Provider App: Adjust Service Time
Adjusting Service Times from the provider application has been updated to better accommodate multi-service appointments. The adjust icon (half moon) displays next to each service on the “Details” tab when you select the client’s name from the appointment calendar.
Virtual Pre-Consultation
Clients can upload a picture along with a message while booking an appointment through the guest application. When the picture has been posted, a “Picture” icon displays on the appointment for Salon Employees. Click the picture icon to see the shared picture and client message.
Open Tickets List: Card on File Indicator
The “Card on File” indicator has been added to the Open Tickets list, which allows the Salon to know which clients have a card on file prior to checking them out.
