Shared Payment Methods
Salon Employees can link a credit card to multiple client accounts. To link the accounts, go to the Primary Cardholder’s “Payment Methods” page in their client file and click “Link Card.”
The Primary Cardholder receives a text message each time another client has been linked to their stored credit card.
When a ticket is checked out using a linked credit card, a receipt is sent to the Primary Cardholder.
The Primary Cardholder can see everyone that is linked to their credit card from the “Payment Methods” page in the client application.
Existing client notes display on the booking form. New notes can also be entered on the booking form.
Employees are required to enter a reason when canceling an appointment. The reason displays in the cancellation report.
“Other” Payment Method
Employees are required to enter a reason when they choose the “Other” payment method during checkout. The reason is logged in the “Other” details pop-up on the Sales Report.
Warning prompts display when adding and removing services from tickets to prevent user error by employees.
Owners and Managers have the ability to add new Service Categories from the “Services” tab.
