Gift Card Promotion
Issue a promo card on qualifying in store and online gift card purchases. Choose to increase promo credit with larger gift card sales and whether the promo card can be redeemed on the retail total, service total or overall ticket total.
Associate Booking
Introducing Aura's "Associate" role intended for providers in training/assistants. Assign associates to specific providers and identify which services require an associate per provider. Designate which part of the service is performed by the provider, the associate or both together.
Note: If the associate alone is assigned to a specific part of the service, then the provider may be booked for another appointment at that time.
Online Gift Card Receipt
Employees can view the email/phone number the purchaser entered when buying a gift card online along with the selected delivery date.
Membership Update
Set up your membership to automatically apply the recurring membership cost as a client credit that can be redeemed toward a future purchase.
Credit Card Upload Updates
The card on file icon will only display in green if the guest has a valid credit card on file that is not expired.
Employees may now upload a new credit card on the booking form without navigating to a new page.
Dashboard: Management Service Fee Setting
View the dashboard with or without service fees deducted as a manager or owner. To update your service fee settings for management, select the gear icon from the Dashboard report and locate the "Deduct Service Fees on Management Dashboard" setting.
Auto-Applied Promotions
Designate if a promotion should automatically apply to a ticket if promotion parameters are met.
Checked Out By Update
The discount report includes the name of the employee that checked out the discounted ticket.
The edit log on the appointment details includes when the appointment was checked out and by which employee.
